• We are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged products.

• Please allow 1-3 days to process and make before dispatch. 

• We will not be held liable for any fees or taxes related to customs and duties. We always try our best to avoid taxes for our customers however, it is at the customer’s discretion to be familiar with these fees.

• Any international orders unclaimed will be sent back to us and the customer will be refunded, minus the delivery fee.

• Parcels may be left unattended by Australia Post if no one is available to claim the package. Depending on your location and Australia Post driver, parcels may also be delivered to your local Post Office for pick-up. We recommend checking your tracking number for updates.

• We cannot re-direct orders once dispatched, so please triple check the address provided before confirming your order.

• During any sale periods, it is expected that not all items would be individually packaged. Please expect 2-3 items in one Aurelia box.
