Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will provide you with a store credit given that the below requirements are met.
To initiate a return, please email your order number, and what you wish to return.

Please note: We offer store credit only.

In order for us to accept your return, the below requirements must be met:

  • The item is in unworn, brand new condition with original packaging/tags.
  • The item is returned to us within 10 days of delivery date for online orders or purchase date if purchased in store.
  • The item(s) were not purchased with a 25% or higher discount code.
  • Earrings are not eligible for a return due to hygiene regulations.

TO NOTE:

  • Please allow 2-4 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches us.
  • Sale items are not eligible for returns.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Earrings are not eligible for a return due to hygiene regulations.
  • Discount codes used of 25% or higher are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • All return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team.
  • If a return deemed unacceptable or in imperfect condition, the product will be returned to the customer.

 

Market Stall & Depop Returns:

We cannot offer any refunds, returns or exchanges if purchased from our market stalls or depop. This is due no record of customers/orders and items being heavily discounted.  All purchases are final sale via market stalls and depop.  If you have a issue with an item from the markets, the customer is responsible to return goods back to the market, If this could be achieved, a store credit will be processed only.
